Professional Experience Guiding Youth Development.
Future Pros was built on the belief that meaningful growth in soccer requires structure, patience, and long-term vision. Our programs are designed to prioritize technical foundation, tactical awareness, and competitive maturity over short-term results.
For years, we have supported players, clubs, and communities across Chicagoland through consistent coaching standards and intentional development environments.
Leadership Rooted in Professional Experience
Future Pros is led by Founder & CEO Ruben Stivan, whose trajectory in the game reflects decades of experience at the highest levels of competition and coaching.
A native of Uruguay, Ruben began his professional career at 16 with Club Nacional de Football and continued playing professionally in South America and the United States. His experience competing at the professional level shaped a deep understanding of tactical discipline, technical precision, and the standards required for long-term success in the game.
Today, his leadership guides the development philosophy of Future Pros — emphasizing structure, accountability, and progression over shortcuts or trends.
